Welcome to Code with Neeraj. These Terms of Use govern your engagement with my freelance web development services. By hiring me or using any deliverables I produce, you agree to be bound by these terms.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with the engagement.
I provide custom web development services including website design, React/Next.js development, SEO optimization, and Figma-to-code conversion. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined in your individual project agreement or invoice.
Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client. Until final payment is processed, all work remains the property of Code with Neeraj.
I reserve the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing before the project begins.
Payment terms are agreed upon before the project starts — typically a percentage upfront and the remainder upon completion. I reserve the right to pause or withhold delivery of source code for overdue accounts.
Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered work — including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. My total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.
